It’s time for another one of our coffee cup craft projects celebrating our partnership with the Lindfield Juniors Rugby Club. We love a chat so we had to include this one which channels one of the great inventors, Alexander Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone.
This entertaining little project has been a favourite since your grandparents were rugrats.
Required
– 2 Peasy coffee cups (rinsed and dried)
– 1 long piece of string or twine
– A sharp pencil
Steps
1. Use the pencil to poke small hole in the bottom of both cups.
2. Feed each end of through each cup with both tops facing away from each other.
3. Tie a knot in both ends of the string, big enough so that the cups will stay on the string when pulled tight.
4. Gently pull string tight with a friend holding one cup and you the other.
5. Stand as far apart as your string will allow, talk into one cup while your friend listens in the other!
6. Bust out your best joke.
