Meet Anita Kucharczyk – Buyers Coach

Meet Anita – Buyers’ Coach
Anita brings a unique combination of hands-on property investing experience, analytical thinking and client-focused education to her role as Buyers Coach at Peasy. Her journey into property started early, growing up in a family deeply involved in property investing and renovation projects across Western Sydney.
Anita’s passion for property investing began long before her professional career. Raised in a family of active property investors, she was exposed early to the realities of renovating, adding value and building long-term wealth through property – from helping with demolition and renovations as a teenager to learning firsthand how strategic property selection and thoughtful design can create long-term value, Anita developed a practical understanding of the property market.
While completing her studies and working part-time, Anita was already focused on building her own future. At just 19 years old, shortly after beginning her career with the New South Wales Police Force, she secured her first property in Acacia Gardens after receiving only her second payslip.
Over the following years, Anita built a successful career with NSW Police, earning the rank of Detective and completing a Bachelor’s degree in Investigations. Alongside her policing career, she continued actively investing in property, designing and building homes, and developing a strong interest in data analysis and identifying high-growth locations interstate.
Eventually, Anita made the decision to transition into a role where she could combine her passion for property with her passion for helping people.
As the Buyers Coach at Peasy, Anita’s focus is on educating and empowering clients to make informed decisions. Rather than sourcing properties or making offers on behalf of clients, she works closely with investors to help them understand market trends, data insights and long-term strategy.
“My role is about helping clients understand the ‘why’ behind the numbers, so they can move forward with clarity and confidence,” she says.
One of the things Anita values most about working at Peasy is the culture and people-first approach.
“It’s genuinely people-first. It’s a family-friendly, honest workplace that feels more like working with mates, where laughter and casual conversations sit comfortably alongside meaningful, focused work.”
Anita enjoys helping clients experience those breakthrough moments where uncertainty shifts into confidence, whether through understanding negotiation tactics, analysing market data or securing a high-performing property aligned with their goals.
