Nothing on the website is intended to constitute:
- personal financial advice;

5. Mortgage and credit information
Loan products, interest rates, fees, lending policies, government schemes, eligibility rules and lender requirements may change at any time.
Information displayed on the website may not include every available loan product, lender, policy or option. Peasy does not represent that the website contains a complete comparison of the market.
The lenders and products considered for an individual client will depend on matters including:
- the client’s requirements and objectives;
- the client’s financial circumstances;
- lender eligibility and servicing requirements;
- the nature of the transaction;
- Peasy’s lender accreditations;
- the products available through our licensee or aggregator; and
- the information available to us at the relevant time.
Any reference to a lender, loan product, interest rate, repayment, saving or potential benefit does not constitute a promise that the lender will approve an application or offer the stated terms.
6. Calculators, budget planners and borrowing estimates
Calculators, questionnaires, budget planners, repayment estimates, savings estimates and borrowing-capacity tools on the website are indicative tools only.
Results may be based on assumptions, estimates, standardised formulas or information entered by you. They may not take into account:
- all of your income, expenses, commitments or liabilities;
- lender-specific assessment methods;
- lender buffers or assessment rates;
- credit history;
- property type or location restrictions;
- tax consequences;
- loan fees and transaction costs;
- changes in interest rates or lender policy;
- the accuracy of information entered; or
- other circumstances relevant to a lender’s decision.
A calculator result is not a loan approval, credit assessment, valuation, quote or offer of finance.
Peasy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of a calculator result. You must not make a financial or property commitment solely in reliance on an online calculation.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
Peasy does not guarantee:
- that a loan application will be approved;
- that finance will be available by a particular date;
- that a particular lender, rate or product will remain available;
- that refinancing will result in a saving;
- that an interest rate will decrease or remain unchanged;
- that a property will increase in value;
- that an investment will produce a particular return;
- that a property or lending strategy will achieve a particular result; or
- that website information will remain accurate after publication.
Lending decisions are made by lenders and may be subject to valuation, verification, credit assessment, lender policy and other conditions outside Peasy’s control.
8. Enquiries and appointments
Submitting an enquiry or booking an appointment does not:
- require Peasy to accept you as a client;
- create a broker-client, adviser-client or fiduciary relationship;
- constitute an application for credit;
- guarantee that Peasy can assist you;
- reserve a loan product or interest rate; or
- create a binding obligation for Peasy or a lender to provide finance.
A formal service relationship begins only when Peasy accepts the engagement and any required engagement documents, consents and fee arrangements have been completed.
You must ensure that the contact information supplied with an enquiry or booking is accurate.
9. Information supplied by you
You must provide information that is accurate, complete, current and not misleading.
You must not knowingly:
- omit information that may materially affect a loan assessment;
- provide altered, false or misleading documents;
- impersonate another person;
- submit information without the authority of the person concerned;
- enter information into a calculator or form for an unlawful or deceptive purpose; or
- use another person’s identity or financial information without permission.
Peasy and relevant lenders may verify information supplied by you. A lender may decline or withdraw an approval where information is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or misleading.
You must promptly notify Peasy if information previously supplied changes or becomes inaccurate.
10. Joint applicants and information about other people
Where you provide information about a spouse, partner, dependant, guarantor, company officer, trustee, beneficiary, employee or another person, you must be authorised to provide that information.
You should make that person aware that:
- You have provided their information to Peasy;
- Peasy may collect, use and disclose the information as described in its Privacy Policy; and
- Peasy may need to contact them or obtain further consent directly from them.
You must not upload another person’s identification or financial documents without proper authority.
11. Service-specific terms
Some Peasy services are governed by additional documents or conditions, including:
- a Credit Guide;
- privacy consent or credit consent;
- a quote or proposal;
- a scope of services;
- a fee agreement;
- a Buyer Coach service agreement;
- a report order form;
- webinar or event conditions;
- cancellation or refund conditions; or
- other engagement terms.
Where additional terms apply, they will be provided or displayed before or when you engage the relevant service.
If there is an inconsistency between these Website Terms and a service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement will apply to that service to the extent of the inconsistency.
12. Fees and payments
Peasy may charge fees for services including:
- pre-approval assistance;
- Buyer Coach services;
- property or suburb reports;
- complex lending matters;
- commercial or specialist lending services;
- consultations;
- webinars or educational services; and
- webinar or event conditions;
- other services notified to you before engagement.
The applicable fee, scope, payment timing, cancellation terms and refund arrangements will be set out on the relevant booking or payment page or in a separate quote, proposal or service agreement.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are expressed in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your payment may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
You must not initiate a payment reversal or chargeback for a properly supplied service without first contacting Peasy and providing a reasonable opportunity to investigate the matter.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights may vary depending on the service, work already performed, reports commissioned, appointments reserved, third-party costs incurred and the terms disclosed when you purchased the service.
Any service-specific cancellation or refund policy forms part of your agreement for that service.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, your rights under that law continue to apply regardless of any separate cancellation policy.
A change of mind does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the applicable service terms state otherwise or a refund is required by law.
14. Webinars, guides and educational resources
Webinars, presentations, videos, guides, reports, articles, templates and other resources are provided for general educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Information may reflect laws, lender policies, market conditions, rates or government programs at the date it was prepared. It may become outdated.
Participation in a webinar or downloading a resource does not create a personal advice relationship.
You must not record, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit a webinar or resource without Peasy’s written permission.
15. Property and Buyer Coach information
Any property-related information, suburb data, market commentary, research, report or coaching material is provided for general information and educational purposes.
Peasy does not act as a licensed real estate agent, valuer, conveyancer, tax adviser, financial adviser, building inspector or pest inspector merely by providing website content or Buyer Coach information.
Property data may be obtained from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
You remain responsible for:
- deciding whether to purchase, retain or sell a property;
- obtaining legal and conveyancing advice;
- arranging building, pest, strata and other inspections;
- verifying planning, zoning and development information;
- obtaining taxation and accounting advice;
- obtaining an independent valuation where required; and
- satisfying yourself as to the condition, suitability and value of a property.
Past property performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
16. Reviews, testimonials and comments
Where the website allows reviews, testimonials or comments, you must ensure that your submission:
- reflects your genuine experience and opinion;
- is accurate and not misleading;
- does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening or discriminatory material;
- does not infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy;
- does not disclose confidential financial or personal information;
- does not promote an unrelated business without permission; and
- does not contain malware, spam or harmful links.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Peasy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit for length or formatting, publish and communicate that content for Peasy’s website, social media and marketing activities.
Peasy may moderate, reject or remove a submission. Peasy will not knowingly alter a review in a manner that misrepresents the reviewer’s genuine opinion.
Submitting a review does not guarantee that it will be published.
17. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Peasy.
This includes:
- the Peasy name and branding;
- website text and design;
- photographs and graphics;
- videos and webinar recordings;
- calculators and questionnaires;
- reports and templates;
- software and online tools;
- databases and compilations; and
- educational and marketing materials.
You may view the website and print or download a reasonable amount of content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not, without Peasy’s prior written permission:
- reproduce or republish substantial parts of the website;

- use Peasy content in another commercial service;
- sell, license or distribute Peasy content;
- remove copyright or ownership notices;
- frame or mirror the website;
- reverse engineer a calculator, tool or software feature; or
- use Peasy branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement.
18. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully or fraudulently;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful material;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract website content or data without permission;
- use bots or automated systems to overload or misuse the website;
- test for vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
- submit false enquiries, bookings, reviews or applications;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- misuse a calculator to create misleading representations;
- collect information about other users;
- upload confidential loan documents through a public comments or reviews function; or
- use website content to train, develop or operate a competing commercial system without permission.
Peasy may restrict or block access where it reasonably believes the website is being misused.
19. Third-party websites and services
The website may contain links to lenders, government bodies, property data providers, payment providers, booking platforms, social media services and other third-party websites.
A link does not necessarily mean that Peasy endorses or controls the third party or its information, products or services.
Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Peasy is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy or conduct.
You access third-party websites at your own discretion and should independently assess their terms and information.
20. Website availability and security
Peasy takes reasonable steps to maintain the website, but does not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, security reasons or circumstances outside Peasy’s reasonable control.
Internet communications may not always be secure. You should not send highly sensitive identification or financial documents through ordinary email or a public website feature unless Peasy has directed you to an appropriate secure method.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices, email accounts and passwords.
21. Privacy
Peasy handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that Peasy may collect, use, hold and disclose that information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and any privacy or credit consent provided to you.
Separate consent may be required before Peasy accesses a credit report, open banking information or other regulated information.
22. Marketing communications
Peasy may send marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.
Marketing may include:
- newsletters;
- mortgage and property information;
- webinar invitations;
- service updates;
- promotional offers; and
- information about Peasy or selected partners.
You may unsubscribe using the facility in the communication or by contacting Peasy.
Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent Peasy from sending necessary service, transaction, compliance or account-related communications.
23. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, condition, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to those non-excludable rights, Peasy is not responsible for loss caused by:
- reliance solely on general website information without obtaining advice relevant to your circumstances;
- inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by you;
- a lender’s policy, assessment, valuation or decision;
- changes to rates, government programs, laws or market conditions;
- third-party websites, systems, data or services;
- unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your device, account or password;
- website interruptions outside Peasy’s reasonable control; or
- decisions made before Peasy has completed an individual assessment or confirmed information in writing.
Nothing in this section limits Peasy’s responsibility for its own fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited.
24. Changes to the website and these Terms
Peasy may update the website and these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised “last updated” date. Changes will apply from publication, except where applicable law or an existing service agreement requires otherwise.
Your continued use of the website after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
Material changes to an existing paid service will be managed in accordance with the relevant service agreement and applicable law.
25. Suspension or termination
Peasy may suspend or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the website or other users;
- investigate suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- prevent misuse;
- comply with a legal or regulatory obligation; or
- enforce these Terms.
Termination of website access does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
26. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary or, where that is not possible, severed.
The remaining provisions will continue to operate.
27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You and Peasy submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
