Meet Priyanka – Relationship Manager Team Leader
Priyanka brings over 20 years of experience in banking and finance to her role as Relationship Manager Team Leader at Peasy. After building a long career in the industry, her journey to Peasy was a natural next step, bringing her experience into a more personal and relationship-driven environment.
In her first year at Peasy, Priyanka has focused on learning, growth and building strong relationships with both clients and the team. She describes the experience as both rewarding and energising.
“It’s been amazing. I love being part of the Peasy family,” she says.
One of the things Priyanka values most is the culture. She describes Peasy as fast-paced, friendly and full of people who are always willing to help. From her very first week, she felt welcomed and supported.
“My first impression was how warm and approachable everyone was. From day one, people were genuinely happy to help, which made settling in really easy.”
Coming from a banking background, one of the biggest differences she’s noticed is how personal everything feels.
“At Peasy, I feel like a person, not a number. There’s a real sense of being valued and appreciated for what I bring, which is very different from my experience in banking.”
Priyanka takes pride in how she manages the demands of a fast-paced role while staying organised and client-focused. She enjoys working closely with clients and being part of their journey, while also continuing to develop her own skills.
Outside of work, Priyanka values time with her family and enjoys spending weekends together, especially with Max. She is known for her outgoing personality and is always happy to connect and share with those around her.
