Life Hack – Microwave brownie in a mug

Everyone loves brownies right?

Our Life hack this week is dessert themed and should help warm you up after a cold day (after dinner of course!)
Well if you think baking them in the oven can be a long and messy process then this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients
– 1 Microwave safe mug
– 1/4 cup of sugar
– 1/4 cup of flour
– 2 tbsp of cocoa
– 2 tbsp of olive oil
– 3 tbsp of water
– Pinch of salt
– Ice cream (optional)

Directions
– Mix all dry ingredients in mug.
– Add oil and water.
– Mix until consistent.
– Microwave on high for 1:40.
– take out (careful it will be hot!) and add ice cream.
– Kick back and enjoy.
