What a crazy year 2020 has been! Certainly many low points which can be echoed by many across the world, although as a business we have also achieved a lot this year despite the circumstances, that has made us very proud.
With that, we enter the holiday season feeling relieved, but also accomplished. It’s certainly going to be a great time to be able to be with our friends and family to reflect on what has been a topsy-turvy year and we will very much enjoy (and need) the rest!
Friday was my last day for 2020, although as we have done each year to maintain our commitment to our clients, a healthy contingent our wonderful team who have been pivotal to our successes this year, will be available throughout the holiday period. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank our team for their hard work – we hit some major milestones this year, so we should all be very proud. Also thank you to our business partners who have worked with us to maintain our high level of expectations and always with a customer first approach.
Lastly, but certainly not least, a big thank you to our clients. Your support and loyalty is something I cherish, and we will continue to strive to serve you better each day. We have been able to shift our business to relying purely on the referrals you provide us to your family and friends, which gives us the ability to put all our focus into your experience, so I mean it when I say, we could not have done this without you!
