Joel has over 20 years in the finance industry whilst still at a young age, and combines his experience and exuberance of energy to give his clients a high level of customer service and a passion for helping them find the right structure for their loan, as well as helping them achieve their goals through discussing ideas and opportunities. An investor himself, he loves helping his clients build their property portfolios and has a passion for helping first home buyers enter the market.

Amanda Christmann Wyld

Director

Amanda set up Peasy with Joel in September 2015 and as a co-founder she has performed many different roles over the years. In her day to day now, she focus on staff recruitment, onboarding and training as well as the optimisation of our processes to provide an excellent and smooth customer experience. As a perfectionist in every sense of the word, her high expectations contribute to the continuous growth and improvement of Peasy.

Michael Osborne Financial Adviser Michael has over 35yrs in the financial services industry. With over 6yrs assisting clients with their Financial Planning needs. He has previously held senior roles including the State Manager of the Industry fund, HOST-PLUS and National Sales Manager of Vow Financial (part of the YBR Group), Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping clients build their assets, grow their wealth and protecting their plans. Sayed Nakad Head of Commercial & Residential Partnerships As a property investor himself Sayed has detailed knowledge of the mortgage market and over 15 years of operational and relationship management experience within the financial services industry. He works closely with our team every day to ensure we optimize our service levels, which in turn guarantees that our customers are always provided with an exceptional customer experience. Rebecca Morrow Loan Administration Officer Rebecca has over 15 years of experience in lending and customer service. She has worked with major institutions like the Commonwealth Bank and has also led the mortgage broking department at a boutique accounting firm. Now, as a Loan Administration Trainer at Peasy, Rebecca uses her expertise to mentor and train the Peasy team to ensure we maintain our high standards of customer service.

Rebecca has over 15 years of experience in lending and customer service. With a strong focus on supporting customers and simplifying loan processes, she has worked with major institutions like Macquarie Bank and Connective. As a Peasy Relationship Manager, Amie is dedicated to helping clients achieve successful outcomes by providing expert guidance and personalised service throughout their home loan journey. Vera Cavallaro Relationship Manager Vera has over 20 years of experience at a major bank and 9 years working with Joel and Amanda, there is not much Vera hasn't had experience with. This is why Vera is so loved by the clients she works with. As a mother of 2, a multiple property investor and running a successful family business herself, she knows how to manage a busy lifestyle. She is well organised and ensures important deadlines are never missed. Em Dapo Relationship Manager Assistant As a relationship manager assistant, Em works hand-in-hand with the relationship managers to make sure applications go smoothly to settlement. Em’s attention to details ensures lender requirements are satisfied to meet settlement deadlines which in turn guarantees a great experience for our clients. Christine Lagasca Relationship Manager Assistant Christine comes with over 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing and heightened skills when it comes to attention to detail and client satisfaction. Jane, as Peasy's diligent Research Team Leader, brings extensive mortgage industry experience, specialising in diverse loan types. With a degree in Accounting and Finance, she adeptly analyzes financial data to recommend optimal mortgage products. Her strong communication skills and exceptional leadership enhance our research efforts, reflecting Peasy's meticulous lending approach.

Vladimir Markovic

Research Analyst

Vlad brings over nine years of expertise across consumer, commercial, prime, specialist, secured, and unsecured lending sectors. His experience in diverse roles in major banks, non-bank mortgage lenders, and cash flow lending along with his positive attitude and eagerness to help our clients makes him a great asset to our team.

Zyvell Babalcon

Research Associate

Zyvell has four years of experience in the Australian mortgage industry, with a strong understanding of loan application and compliance standards. She is known for working well in diverse teams, actively contributing ideas, and supporting team goals. As a Research Associate at Peasy, Zyvell excels at reviewing our customer documents and assisting our Research Analysts to ensure we find the best lender solutions, leveraging her collaborative skills and industry expertise.

Andreia Raiter

Andreia is a qualified medical doctor from Brazil and is currently undergoing training to practice medicine in the US. An incredibly focused and disciplined individual, Andreia brings to the team a wealth of personal and life experiences. Being based in the US means we can provide "around the clock" service which is a great asset in a deadline-oriented industry.
